Really enjoyed it during our comfortable stay. Convenient hotel, clean, welcoming staff, location near the common area was fantastic. The room they gave us was cheap and neat with a bathroom, shower plus such many beds. The service was excellent, no reason to complain. Automated check-in was a bonus.

Pleasant and welcoming hotel employees all round. Light and comfy units available with showers and the bathroom. The pool area is good too.

The only positive aspect of my stay at this hotel was the location. It was conveniently located in a quiet area, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the beds were clean and comfortable, allowing for a decent night's rest.
My experience at this hotel during the New Year was far from pleasant. the cleanliness of the rooms was appalling, with dirty showers and toilets that seemed to have not been cleaned in ages.

On first day the receptionist spoke english and was very helpful in arranging airport transfer. But last day was a nightmare! We needed to call our taxi earlier due to departure time change. There was no way we could explain this to the person on duty. She was rude and became agressive. We were in panic because our flight would leave and could not receive any help. And to top that we were shown the door out! So, we left terrified, helpless and in utter despair. One of the worst experiences in my life...

We got a great deal for one night. The price was very low. The staff was very friendly and halpful (in fact it was even friendlier then some 3-4 stars hotels we stayed at the same trip). The receptionists new English very well (something not too often to be found in the Czech Republic). The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However we received a room with two single beds and one double floored bad while we asked for a double bedded room. But even considering this it was O. The location is not too good. We had to a tram, then a metro to get to the city. It was a bit complicated especially at night for those who are not well acquainted with the city's public transportation. Another small issue was that there was no internet in the rooms. The reception of the Wi-Fi was too low in the rooms to be active. We had to go to the loby to use the internet. However they have free internet, which is also shouldn't be taken for granted in Czech Republic.. All in all it is a great value for the money you pay.

The staff were helpful, and the room was cheap, tidy, and had all the essentials needed. The location was amazing, with shopping malls and a supermarket within walking distance.

In Booked.net it described that it has an airport shuttle! But only few taxis were available. This was a disappointment. Everything else is fine!

Very reasonably prices and has all necessary things. Far from luxury, only basic service.
The only concern was that Wi-Fi internet is not powerful enough to cover the whole hotel. All or most rooms at the lower level do not have a good Wi-Fi coverage. I had to go to the lobby to get access to the internet. Some cheaper rooms (not mine) do not have private washroom/shower and you have to use shared facilities. The time to get downtown Prague by public transport is about 30 minutes (5 min walk to the tram stop, 10 min by tram to the nearest subway/metro station, 10 min on the subway)

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location, although not in the center, is in a nice quiet residential area surrounded by greenery.
No major issues to report - everything was satisfactory.

The front desk lady was helpful but that was it....spiders reside in the family room the size of teacups and when queried she said they like the wood......hmmmm Toilet and shower facilities just ok but not that clean. The tram was handy 400m up the road, service and cost really cheap....the closest place to eat was two doors away but horrendous for smoking and the food 2/10.....

The prices are very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers. The staff pays attention to detail, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The location, nestled under a hill in a nice green leafy area, provides a tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Despite being a bit further out, it is still easily accessible, with a train station just a short walk away.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located near the castle and the city center, making it easy to explore these attractions via tram. it is situated next to a tram stop, allowing for easy transportation. the room and bathroom were clean enough, and the service provided by the staff was satisfactory.
The breakfast was limited and the seating area was often overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy.
